From the highest highs…to the lowest lows… December 1, 2009

Dr. Scheiber’s office called this morning. They called Humana to see if they could get a faxed copy of my pre-determination letter and they told them that I don’t have coverage. I just had the lady I talked to yesterday fax the letter to me and it says I do, but that doesn’t mean they’ll pay the claims…

I hate insurance companies…now I want to cry…
